UK, European and Worldwide shipping:

We entrust our shipping to Nightfreight/DHL. We deliver to any location in the World - with safe and efficient handling from one of the World's leading parcel delivery companies.

All prices on our site exclude VAT.

Delivery Charges:

• UK addresses only. Shipping charges are made according to the total purchase amount and will be included at the checkout. For small orders under £75.00 there will be a charge of £9.95 to cover postage and packing. Orders over £75.00 will be delivered FREE of charge in the UK. Delivery is by ‘Nightfreight/DHL’. Orders will require a signature on delivery.

• Scottish Highlands/Grampians, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, the Channel Islands or the Isles of Scilly. If you wish to order curtains, blinds, poles, rods and tracks these will be sent by courier and may incur additional charges. If you would like a delivery charge quote before you purchase, contact us giving us a description of the item/s you wish to purchase.

• European addresses only. Shipping costs will be 10% of the merchandise subtotal (excl tax) plus £2.00. VAT is added to all EU orders and will be automatically calculated at the checkout. Delivery will be by ‘Securicor Euro Express’ or FedEx depending on the weight of the items ordered.

• Delivery to all other destinations will be charged at cost. We will contact you via email after you have placed an order to discuss delivery options. If you would like a delivery quote before you place an order, please contact us giving us a description of the item/s you wish to purchase.  Please also be aware that you may be charged import duty on items imported into the country. The handling shipping company will invoice you for this cost.

• Delivery time. Delivery times will vary from product to product but we endeavour to send your order to you in 3 working days. International orders are generally received usually 7 – 10 working days.

• Back Orders. If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you and we will e-mail you with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

 

Soft Impressions Refunds Policy:

At Soft Impressions, we are committed to giving you the best possible products, prices and service.

Should any product purchased from Soft Impressions be found to be faulty, damaged in transit, or differing from the description given at the Soft Impressions website then we will be pleased to arrange to either refund or replace the product at the discretion of the customer.  All returns must be notified to Soft Impressions within 7 days of delivery of the product.  This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, information on which can be obtained at the DTI.

Returns that are neither faulty, incorrect nor damaged will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. In this event postage charges will not be refunded.

Should you wish to return goods it is the BUYERS responsibility to ensure that goods are returned adequately packed and insured.  Incorrect items that are received in good condition by the customer will not be accepted for credit if they are received damaged at Soft Impressions.   In cases where the customer is either unable or unwilling to arrange return carriage after mistakenly purchasing a product, Soft Impressions reserves the right to charge an uplift fee to cover the cost of employing a courier company to collect the item from the customer.  In cases where an entire order is returned, we reserve the right to retain the cost of the outward carriage.

Unfortunately, where products have been specially made to your requirements, we cannot accept a return.
